Active Ingredient
Each 1 ml of oral solution contains 1 mg of aripiprazole.

Indications
- Treatment and maintenance of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents (13–17 years)
- Treatment and maintenance of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder in adults
- Adjunctive treatment in major depressive disorder resistant to antidepressants
- Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder in children and adolescents (6–17 years)
Posology and Method of Administration

Adolescents (13–17 years)
- Schizophrenia: Start at 2 mg/day (Day 1–2), then 5 mg/day (Day 3–4), target 10 mg/day; titrate in 5 mg increments, max 30 mg/day.
Children (6–17 years) – Irritability in Autism
- Start at 2 mg/day, gradually increase to 5, 10, and if needed 15 mg/day.
- Target dose: 5–10 mg/day, max 15 mg/day.
Method of administration: Administer orally in a single daily dose, with or without food.
Special Populations
Dosage adjustments may be necessary in patients with hepatic or renal impairment. Regular monitoring is advised.

Clinical Information
- Effective dose range for schizophrenia and bipolar mania in adults: 10–30 mg/day.
- For antidepressant augmentation: 5–15 mg/day effective in resistant depression.
Warnings and Precautions
- Dose titrations should occur at ≥ 1-week intervals for tolerability.
- Dose adjustments should not be made within less than 24 hours.
- In mania prevention, maintain dose stability; tapering should be done carefully.
